From our small beginnings, we had an idea to offer a service to provide custom stencils to individuals, decorators and businesses. When we started, we had no idea that the service we would provide would be as greatly accepted as it is.

We have the experience to cut stencils. Our designers exclusively design stencils and our lasers are all designed and manufactured to cut stencils. We know stencils! This is all we do. We know the best materials to use, we know the best techniques to use, and we have the best prices.   Our growing list of satisfied customers is our pride and we hope that we can prove it to you as well.

Our unique Custom Stencil Designer (Coming Soon) will generate an instant price for you while you design your stencil magic using text or stock graphics.   If you are interested in receiving a custom quote for a graphic / logo layout, please see our Request a Quote page.

Because every graphic or logo has varying degrees of detail, we cannot provide pricing without reviewing the artwork first.   However, custom text stencils start at $17.50 and custom graphic stencils start at $39.00. Quantity discounts are available.

To submit a request for a layout you have designed, please visit our Quote Request Page. In Step 2: About your stencil, you will be asked if your stencil contains Text Only, Text and Graphics, or Graphics Only.   If you choose either of the options with graphics, you will be able to upload your artwork directly to our server.   You can also use this option to upload word or other text documents as well.

We can accept a graphic from you in many forms. The quality of the graphic often determines how much work we have to do to program your stencil and thus is a factor in pricing. Non-vector files are typically priced higher than vector artwork. The best type of graphic we can receive is a vector file in any of the following formats:

Adobe Illustrator

Vector EPS

Corel Draw File

Vector PDF

We can also work with most JPG, BMP, PNG or GIF files if they are of a high enough resolution. Often however, JPG, BMP, PNG and GIF files that are copied from a web page do not have the best resolution and we may have a difficult time converting the artwork. If we are unable to work with your artwork due to low resolution, you will be contacted by a customer service representative via email.

STENCILS MAGIC ORDER PROCESSING TIME FOR STANDARD AND EXPEDITED ORDERS

When you place an order with us whether it be for a custom stencil or stock-item order, Stencils Magic will require 1 to 3 business days for order processing. (If your order will require additional processing time, you will be contacted by a customer service representative).   There are two order types available to you: Expedited and Standard.

Expedited: If you place your order with express shipping, your order will be prioritized in-front of orders with standard shipping…however in the event of multiple express orders, it will be processed within the order in which it was received. Placing an order for stock inventory items DOES NOT guarantee that it will ship out the same business day in which you placed the order. These orders typically require 1 full business day for processing, however may require up to 3 business days in times of high order volume.   If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us via phone (877-863-5227) or e-mail ([email protected]) to discuss your needs with a customer service representative. We will attempt to do everything we can to meet your deadline needs.

Standard: If you place your order with standard shipping, your order will be processed with other standard shipping orders in the order in which it was received. Standard shipping orders typically ship out within 1-3 business days of your order being placed (for Custom Stencil Designer orders and stock inventory items)….and within 1-3 business days of your approval for custom stencil orders.   If your order is delivered after your deadline, your shipping charges cannot be refunded to you. For this reason, it is important to contact customer service to ensure that you are choosing the shipping method that will best fit your needs.

STENCILS MAGIC WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERY DELAYS CAUSED BY THE DELIVERY COMPANY.

You can cancel your order at any time prior to your stencils being produced and shipped out. You will be refunded the cost of your order minus the programming time required to create the layout. Programming costs vary customer to customer and depend on the level of detail in your layout. However, please note that once your order is placed…you will receive a proof to confirm the final layout of your stencil. At that point you will have the opportunity to request absolutely any changes you would like to see made. Our Graphic Designers are very skilled and will do everything they can to make sure you are 100% happy with your layout before the stencil is produced.

For purchases made online, we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal.  You can also prepay your order with a personal check, company check or money order. Your order will be shipped after we receive your payment.  We’re sorry but we do not accept COD’s.

If you create your own custom stencils using our Custom Stencil Designer, your order will typically ship within 1 – 3 business days after the order is placed. If you have placed your order for a custom graphic stencil or a custom text stencil with one of our Graphic Designers, you will receive a proof via email within 1-2 business days to confirm the exact specifications of your layout. At that point, you will have the opportunity to request any changes you would like to see made. Once we have your approval on the layout, your stencil will ship out within 1-3 business days of your approval. If you are working with a Graphic Designer and your layout will take additional programming outside of our normal time-frame, you will be contacted by your designer. We always provide a PDF proof via email before your stencil is cut. This proof is normally a reduced size and the actual stencil measurements are displayed at the bottom of the proof. You can make as many reasonable changes as you wish to the proof before we cut your stencil. We do not provide proofs unless we have a confirmed order, which includes your payment information.

IF YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER THROUGH OUR CUSTOM STENCIL DESIGNER, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A PROOF FROM THE DESIGNERS.

Many variables go into answering this question. The most important factor is how you take care of your stencil. The best way to ensure a long stencil life is to clean the paint off your stencil after you are finished. There is no need to clean the stencil so it looks new, you just need to keep paint from building up around the edges. Many of our customers have successfully used a single stencil for hundreds of applications.
